A Note About No Deal Brexit
With all the uncertainty surrounding the prospect of a “no deal Brexit” we are planning as best we can.
Working closely with our European suppliers, we are trying to mitigate a reduction in supply of some of our core products and also to ensure that our prices remain largely unaffected.
In the event that tariffs are applied to goods passing through the EU, we will have no option than to pass these costs on as price rises. These new prices would have to come in to effect as early as 1st November 2019.
The price of Brexit on getting bridge products in the UK?
Unfortunately there may well be price rises in the event of a no deal brexit and the government can’t negoitate a deal with the EU.
We sincerely hope we won’t have to raise our prices, but if you’re already thinking of buying gifts and prizes for Christmas, it’s a good idea to stock up before October 31st to minimise your costs.
What This Means for Customers in the EU
We will no longer charge VAT on orders being shipped to the EU, but our shipping costs will increase in line with our “Rest of World” customers (this may be subject to change).
