If you live locally to our workshop you can save on postage and collect from us. If your order qualifies for free shipping and you’d like to collect in person, just leave a note in the checkout.
Please Note: All orders have to be placed online or over the telephone and paid for in full before collection as we can’t process orders in our warehouse.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship to any destination in the world. We don’t charge tax on orders being delivered outside of the UK, so you will save 20% on most items. There may be import duty and tax to pay when your order enters your country and it is your responsibility to pay this (we’re not able to advise how much this amount might be).

Delivery Schedule

We aim to process your order straight away and most orders throughout the year are despatched the same working day. Personalised items take longer as they need to be made for you, but we know you’re keen to receive these special orders so we work longer hours to ensure the turnaround time is quick (usually 1 to 2 working days).

We do have times of the year (particularly in the run up to Christmas or if our catalogue has just been mailed) when we become extremely busy and are not able to despatch orders as quickly. At these times, we aim to despatch your order within 2 working days.

Please be assured that we have a 100% track-record for despatching orders in time for pre-Christmas delivery.

If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know and we will discuss with you the appropriate delivery options. Royal Mail 2nd class post usually takes between 2 and 6 days; 1st class is usually 1 to 3 days. International orders weighing under 2kg are sent either using airmail which takes approximately 5 working days or a tracked service.

Please note, items posted to UK addresses are not officially ‘lost’ in Royal Mail’s eyes until 15 working days after they were despatched. If your goods have not arrived as quickly as expected, please ask at your local sorting office because delayed orders can frequently be found there. If your order hasn’t arrived 15 working days after despatch, please contact us and we will send you a replacement order. Please note, we are not compensated by Royal Mail for orders they lose, so we can only send replacement orders after 15 working days have passed.

No quibble returns policy

UK mainland customers have a choice of shipping options depending on the speed of delivery you require: Standard Delivery (normally 2-6 working days), 1st class (normally 1-3 working days) and Next Working Day (which is despatched either with Royal Mail Special Delivery or with ParcelForce). Please note, for the Next Working Day delivery service, you need to place your order before 12pm. Orders placed outside of working hours will be deemed as having been placed the next-working day, so for example, orders placed on a Friday afternoon requesting a Next Working Day service will be processed and despatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
