Orders placed on our website can be paid for by debit card, credit card or PayPal. You can also choose to pay by bank transfer if you prefer.

Paying Online

Online payment options - visa, paypal, mastercard, american express
Through SagePay we accept most major cards: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Maestro and Mastercard Debit. You can pay with PayPal using either your debit/credit card (including American Express), or the funds in your PayPal account if you have one.

If you have trouble entering your credit card details online or would prefer to give us your details verbally over the phone, please use the Difficulty Making Payment Online payment option. This will create an order for you, but you will then have to call us to make payment before we process it. We hold orders for one working day. If you place your order at the weekend, please contact us to make payment before 5pm on Monday.

Paying by Bank Transfer

Pay by cheque or bank transfer
If you choose the option of bank transfer, the confirmation screen and email will give you our bank details. Please use your order number as the reference. With this payment option, your order is held until cleared payment is received.

Invoices

Invoicing
We send a despatch note with your order. If you also need an invoice, that’s no problem – when you get to the checkout please request one in the Order Notes box.

Credit Card Security

Credit Card Security
We use PayPal and SagePay (formerly known as Protx) as our payment service providers. Both are secure and fully compliant with all the latest industry standards for security. When you place your order with us, and proceed to making your card payment, you will be entering your card details directly into the PayPal or SagePay system and you will be charged at that point. Although we have a record of the transaction, Simon Lucas Bridge Supplies Limited does not hold any of your card details and cannot access them. By using these systems, we are confident that we are offering you top level security.
